- Kitchen
- The equipment
The two drawer cupboards to the left of the cooker contain all the kitchen utensils needed for a stay with up to 6 people: Cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and pans, chopping boards, egg cups, sharp knives, etc.
The drawer cabinet on the far left contains spare parts, please do not use these as planned!
- The green cooker!
The showpiece of the kitchenette is easily the English Rangecooker by FALCON, a 90cm wide, archaic green behemoth weighing 120kg. The hob is a CERAN hob with 5 hotplates, for baking or keeping warm there are three ovens, of which the large lower convection oven is certainly suitable for the vast majority of tasks. Detailed instructions for using the other ovens can be found in the crisper drawer.
Attention:Some people (and especially children) will be used to induction hobs at home, where the hobs cool down immediately after cooking - but the CERAN hobs stay hot for a long time after they are switched off!!!
- The dishwasher
There are several programmes for the dishwasher. The most common is the "ECO" programme or the "AUTO" setting. To start, first press the button on the far left and then select the ECO or AUTO programme, insert the dishwasher tab, press START and close the door. When the door is closed, the set washing programme starts.
There are always a few dishwasher tabs under the sink. In case you need to buy more - please only use the integrated salt function!
- Coffee maker, kettle, toaster
The three Kenwood kitchen appliances are certainly self-explanatory. With the coffee machine, please make sure that the filter holder is correctly inserted and that the coffee pot is correctly placed underneath.
- The fridge
The yellow Libella SMEG fridge hopefully has enough space to hold all the food and drinks. Please always press the freezer compartment firmly shut, then it won't ice up so quickly!
- The crisper drawer
The top drawer of the left cupboard contains instruction manuals, e.g. for the cooker. In addition, pens, folding rulers, screwdrivers, etc. can be found here. Normally, the contents of the drawer are not needed during the stay.
