- Heating
The appartment has full floor heating, which can be controlled room by room via the respective thermostats. As is usual with underfloor heating, the response time is somewhat sluggish.
The heating control is located in the hallway under the wardrobe. However, no settings should be made here;the control is operated exclusively by our heating installer Andreas Alt from Obermaiselstein
- Smoke detector / carbon monoxide detector
In accordance with legal requirements, smoke detectors are installed in all rooms. If a smoke detector should go off unscheduled, the warning tone can be switched off again by pressing on the front. A carbon monoxide detector is also installed in the living room.
- Electric blinds
The large panorama window facing the terrace can be darkened by three separately controllable electric blinds. The three rotary switches of the control system are located to the left of the kitchen unit. When leaving the flat - either for day trips or on departure - please raise or lower the blinds completely.
- Bathroom fan
The daylight bathroom is additionally equipped with a ventilator. After switching on (switch next to the washbasin), the fan switches itself off again after a few minutes.
- Fuse box
The fuse box is located in the hallway behind the red mirror. Please remove it carefully! If a fuse that has blown out cannot simply be pushed back in, please let me know as soon as possible! Manfred Frommknecht from Obermaiselstein is available to help us with electrical problems.
- Exterior lighting and exterior sockets
The outdoor lighting at the flat entrance door is switched by motion detector, manual switching is not provided here. The outdoor socket at the parking space must be switched on via the switch at the flat door.
The outdoor lighting and the socket on the terrace are switched on and off via switches to the left of the kitchen unit.
